Every supplier and buyer on Anana is verified. Identity, business registration, and trade credentials are confirmed before any transaction can proceed.
Contracts and commitment
Before any money moves, both parties sign a standardised digital contract with price, quantity, grade, delivery window, and penalty terms agreed and binding. A buyer-funded escrow wallet is activated at signing.
Compliance and documentation
Every shipment is inspected by an accredited verifier, against the destination market’s import standards, producing a certificate of origin, commercial invoice, packing list, phytosanitary certificate, and customs declaration.
Payment and delivery
Getting paid, and getting what you paid for, is the final risk in any cross-border deal. Escrow funds release in milestones: partially at bill of lading, fully at destination confirmation. A 72-hour dispute window gives buyers recourse if goods don’t arrive as certified.
